Classes Offered

Currently we offer classes 7 days a week Mon-Sun at 5:30 AM, 6:15 AM, 7:15 AM, 8:15 AM, 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, and 4 PM – 9 PM every hour.

Time of classes is subject to change, we are also creating new classes as the need for certain time slots grow.

The actual classes being offered change each week so we don’t allow drop ins, to attend a free trial class you  must contact us and set up your consultation first. Then based upon your needs and interests we will tell you what class you may try out.

If your time schedule doesn’t permit to you join our Prana Beyond program and you can only attend 3 classes a week this membership will accommodate you. You can choose from our variety of classes and pick 3 classes each week, they can change each week so yo can always have variety and keep getting new result
