Daniel has spent the last 13 years working as a personal trainer, sports performance coach for Parisi Speed School under Martin Rooney, as a Functional training specialist in MMA strength and conditioning training under Juan Carlos Santana. Daniel is also a fitness competitor with over 20 shows and top 3 finish in team universe. Daniel is the author of The Fitness Cheat Sheet and has worked as a contest prep coach helping his athletes reach the highest level of performance any body composition.
Trainer | Will Gonzague
Coach Will is an Amateur NPC men’s physique athlete. His personal desire to achieve a fit life was what guided him into training. He started at 245 pounds of just skin and fat with no muscle mass. Through a fit lifestyle Coach Will was able to exceed expectations.
He has been competing for 3 years now and has received praise and accolades from his peers. He has the drive it takes to get take his clients to the next level and the dedication to push them further. He believe that through commitment and perseverance everyone can achieve their fitness goals.
Trainer | Mike Rivers
As a student of learning and commitment to excellence, Mike loves the details of training and teaching. Whatever Mike doesn’t know, he will learn. With 8yrs as a personal trainer and 16yrs as a coach, Mike is a true student of fitness and sports performance. As a 4 sport high school and 3 sport college athlete, Mike understands what athletes need to compete at an elite level. Mike currently is the head trainer for Cobra Baseball Academy under Coach Mike Tirella. Here at Prana, he’s the trainer in charge of our Athlete Development Program and monthly Warrior Challenge.
